"Pamela, Not only you but your entire staff have given me excellent service. Leets start as we walk in the door. First we greet your great receptionist. Anyone can say that, but I have two billing insuranceses. There is a lot of juggling that goes on with them and is always kept straight, amazing. When I ask a questin about my bill I am told without delay. Thats keeping on top of things. I appreciate all the effort. After that I am greeted and escorted into the Hygentist chair. Even though I have safty glasses on I am always ofered sunglasses and asked if I would like a chair massage, now I have to figure out how to keep my mouth open while sleeping. After a quite rigrous cleaning probing brushing and flossing of my teeth you are notified of the outcome always check out the prognosses yourself. Then the discussion of what to do. Sometimes a filling, other times a woren down cap and once a root canal. It is nice to know that you know your limitations and have a wonderful referal when needed. I appreciate your light touch with the needle, I really hate that part. Your assistant seems to be like your third and fourth hands because I, at times, see the Ballet they do while working with you. I want to thank all of you for the wonderful attention that you give your patients. Thank You, Ivar Larsen"
